  • About Research Archive System:
  • This system serves to establish a database of research fellows’ publications, awards, patents, and other academic achievements. It also aims to provide a convenient access to the data and statistic analyses of research accomplishments for administrators and staff members at Academia Sinica.
  • The system is exclusive to research fellows, and relevant staff members at Academia Sinica. It is divided into 3 sections:
    - Research Fellows’ Section: maintained by Research Fellows or Agents of Research Fellows.
    - Official Section: reviewed and maintained by staff members at research units, and central offices of administration.
    - Administrative Section: reviewed by administrators of Academia Sinica, and maintained by staff members at Department of Academic Affairs and Instrument Service.

    Note: The system is open to distinguished research fellows, research fellows, associate research fellows, assistant research fellows, senior research specialists, associate research specialists, assistant research specialists, and their agents at Academia Sinica. Once the account applications are completed, the above-mentioned personnel gain access to the system accordingly. For other users at Academia Sinica (e.g. postdoctoral fellows, retired research fellows, and information technicians) and users outside Academia Sinica (e.g. joint appointment research fellows from other institutions or schools), institutes, offices, and centers preserve the right to authorize their access to the system; once these users’ applications are completed, please inform the maintenance staff at the institute/office/center.
